How Shipping Works

We carefully prepare and pack your socks in Spain. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the delivery.
Shipping Destinations and Carriers
We work with different shipping carriers depending on the destination and shipping method.
Europe
Standard shipping within Europe is handled by Correos.
Express shipping within Europe is handled by UPS.
Italy
Shipments to Italy are handled by DHL.
United States
Shipments to the United States are currently handled by FedEx.
Rest of the World
For other destinations, the carrier may vary depending on logistics and availability.
For certain destinations or logistical reasons, we may occasionally use an alternative carrier offering an equivalent service.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method. Most European deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, or delays from the shipping carrier.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over €100 to Europe and the United States.
Free shipping is available on orders over €150 to the rest of the world.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
International Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes applied by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Thunders Love has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping Issues
Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
